His salary is peanuts compare to what he could make from appreciation of his equities...Would you make the same argument regarding the age of many tech and dot.com CEO and officers who also draw salaries? Why do they need money from any capital appreciation of any of their stock, so many of those Ceo's are... what in their 20's?
