as the stock price of scam company ADTM drops and as the financials get worse and as investors continue to observe the scamminess of ADTM and as the lawsuits against ADTM climb, you will find that it will have no choice but to make future private placements very very sweet for investors, which means bigger discounts to market and warrants attached...but then maybe ADTM can find another convicted felon to invest in ADTM
