Of course there will be debate over what "implemented" means. Another Aqueous JV would send some running into the streets yelling that fsnr has been "implemented" and we would still be stuck on the definition of that word.

To me, absent demonstrable evidence that a credible and marketable product or service exists-- and this has never been shown-- there is no business except this trading shell that allows management to draw a salary and business perks to the tune of 20 grand a month and a few swing traders to take advantage of the or bullshit pumps and inevitable dumps.

Good for you if you are one of the lucky traders but fsnr itself is a scam that will wilt when the shelf shares are all used up.
