On April 20, 2015, the Registrant and Tamara Nugent (RDSH) as trustee for Twenty Second Trust (the “Trust”), entered into a Common Stock Repurchase Agreement (the “Repurchase Agreement”),

whereby the Trust agreed to sell 1,796,571,210 shares of the Registrant’s common stock (the “Repurchased Shares”)

to the Registrant in exchange for the sum of $17,965.71 (the “Consideration”).

The Consideration was paid in the form of $3,652.57 cash from the Registrant and secured by a non-interest bearing demand note issued by the Registrant for $14,313.14.

The Repurchased Shares will be held in treasury by and in the name of the Registrant
3,000,000,000 shares of Roadships Common Stock, of which:

(i)
a total of 1,193,362,561 shares of Roadships Common Stock are issued and outstanding; ( remaining OS)

(ii)
a total of 1,796,571,210 shares of Roadships Common Stock are held in treasury as issued but not outstanding (the “ Roadships Treasury Shares ”);

Initial branding was created to assert the visual aesthetic - followed by the Android and iOS development of the PEOBI (Paperless Exchange of Business Information) app itself. PEOBI will be seamless for the user and complex behind the scenes, becoming the perfect tool for professional and personal use.


SafeDate is an app for Android and iOS designed by Polybia Studios.

SafeDate is a security application where information can be the protection needed to escape dangerous situations. The common issue with internet dating is the anonymity between the users - where by using Safedate, the user can record the identity and have a clear picture of who the other party is and be prepared if a dangerous situation were to occur.

The concept of SafeDate is to give the user a tool to counter this ambiguity and provide a measurable detterent for malicious behaviors.

Project Description
CaddyStats is a very personal application, as it is a companion for a well-loved hobby. With this in mind, Polybia Studios focused on developing the app with the reliability and functionality that the user would want, while at the same time polishing and refining the brand for CaddyStats including a logo redesign and promotional print designs.
