LF has a major issue and it destroys his cred. He has been promising to upgrade out listing status to pink current or OTCQB, but he wont. Why? He has sooooo much stock form people that provided services or funded the company with stock certs and no one can clear them with the Stop sign status. The moment he does a billion shar4es hit the market. That's an issue, he cant do it, shareholders don't want to and funders wont give him another dime until he does.
