No I think they are moving like they are because they are stumbling their way through this.
Just like drilling without knowing if they are on the grid they are "listing" without knowing what will get in there way. They couldn't bring a metal detector to a mine so I don't think they are going to be too on target with reading before they file.
The CSE rules clearly state that a company must be clear of any regulatory issues in the all of Canada.
The CTO is an issue
The CTO must be cleared before a listing
The CTO is not clear.
The listing takes 20 business days
The listing will come no sooner than 20 business days after the CTO is cleared.
Pretty simple.
We wont be leaving the buy range for a while yet. At least not on any sort of permanent move.
Why don't you email Dan and ask him if they will be clearing the CTO before the listing. Maybe he can let you know that the CSE values the rock so high they will let this one company slide on the regulations. Or you will find out that they think they have an idea that might clear the CTO without doing everything needed to clear the CTO.
If you find out that answer then you can start looking for a deadline.
