I've actually seen traders get restless before and grab whatever is left of a float at the ask and the chase is on because who in their right mind would short one with a float like this at the current price of .0021 if that float remains the same, just saying i've seen it happen before, Let em keep manipulating it (smiling).

We call this a Trap Play with a Float like this, meaning drop it lower and traders and will gobble up that float or start filling bids and traders are there or keep manipulating it and some will get impatient and the ask will get grabbed. It's not my first rodeo, Been there, Done that.
