Yeah that would be giving them a head start to get the hell out of dodge. They don't typically telegraph investigations, gives too much room for people to disappear.

Pretty sure Bernie Ebbers didn't know when they were coming for him, or they wouldn't have found him.

I still have hope for this company, therefore I'm sticking with what I've got regardless of where it ends up.
