We've certainly seen a downtrend. My point is that the current PPS is merely "foreplay" and not what the longs are concerned with.

It comes down to certification. If they ultimately succeed (and I think they will), there will be money to be made. It's frustrating that it is taking so long but I still believe it will happen. Until that time, we are in limbo and could see further decline as well as some nice spikes. There seems to be some decent support in the .009s.
