It doesn't look like he missed it- the 8k is attached to the post you are replying to - lol-

my guess, based on the language in the 8k, is the KBM note is being retired with cash-

keep an eye on the o/s- T/A is ungagged- if paid with cash - the o/s should not increase from 306m- no increase = hold for full impact
