Stop trying to mislead people about the 2018 shutdown. There will be no shut down. Have you even read the PSPA or HERA for that matter? Even if the GSEs did draw more money then it would mean nothing. The agreement was both FnF are allowed to draw 100 billion each from treasury. The GSEs must draw more than 100billion each for them to be considered unstable. Please read HERA. GSEs gave 79.9% ownership for 100billion each. Once we are released from conservatorship and allowed to retain earnings the CEOs will draw the remaining 60billion to recapitalize FnF. The money is ours, we gave 79.9% ownership for it.
