As an (allegedly former, but I suspect we all know that's not true) Jean-François Amyot shell, you can be sure there's convertibles and other preferred shares all over the place and that the AS and OS are absolutely huge.

I want to know more details about the brand new spanking CEO, one Brian Conrad.

I'd like some idea of this gentleman's CV, particularly his business background and previous employment, so potential investors can judge whether his track record is such that he can be trusted.

For some reason Mr. Conrad seems very reluctant indeed to provide these details.

And yet surely no right thinking person would invest in what's allegedly a new venture without knowing these basic details about the "new" CEO?
