1000 to 1 splits are punitive meant to dump shareholders. Back to back 1000 to 1 splits fit into a different, lower category. Maybe the CEO thought he read "Let my shareholders go!"

What possible reason could there be for a 1000 to 1 split with only 16 million shares outstanding! Only CEO love for neighbors, no love for shareholders, it seems.
