Apparently you have never read any of the tmm financials. Take a look at the annual reports and see where they paid off only a few of the original DFI shareholders. Besides Simpson and Haskins you will see Stratter, Mark Williams, Mark Vonkroneman, Mike Kim and a few others. None of them are private placement investors in tmm but all got stock from the DFI purchase. I also heard tmm tried to bribe a few others into the conspiracy but got shot down when it was discovered they were purposely picking and choosing who they liked and didn't like in deciding who to pay off. Sure thing judge, no securities fraud here. Hahaha!!! They will fry!
