No, he's referring to the conversion rate of the RIGH A Series preferred that you say don't exist. For each preferred share Aaron converts, he gets 10,000 common.
He's already converted 500K of the preferred shares as proven by disclosures. Given 4M in Jan. 2012 for his same day creation of BG Medical Technologies, but at the end of 2012 he only has 3.5M left.
