Even if you wanted to try and follow tmm's sick and twisted version of history and say DFI still actually existed and had assets, how would you explain them only paying off a handful of the year 2000 shareholders and ignoring the other 40+ ones???

Back in 2000 every shareholder including Simpson and Haskins gave up their DFI shares and got DFMI shares and no more DFI shares were ever distributed. There is no dispute on that.

Go ahead, explain how only a few were paid off then explain that to the jury.

Unlike you I see no settlement coming, why would Dimension do that?
