I know you believe I have been way too critical of ERHC management over the years but it has been for good reasons. I am usually a huge supporter of the management of small companies in which I invest and more often than not I will defend them when others won't. But in ERHC's case not only does management not do a damn thing to accommodate shareholders, they do the exact opposite. Every time I have been in direct contact with these jokers they have shown me their true loyalties and it certainly isn't with us shareholders. They and the BOD have abdicated every fiduciary responsibility to shareholders in the book and seem perfectly willing to use and then abuse shareholders. I saw this as a problem a long time ago and others are seeing it now too.

Not allowing a shareholder to attend this conference is just an example. I am sure whomever answered the phone was instructed to do this. She likely didn't do it on her own. They don't want us there and I don't even think they want us as shareholders. They'd be much happier if we didn't exist. I'll bet that is NOT the way you ran your companies.
