Hey Lone, he is saying the merger is irrelevant to the court case, but in realty, it means everything. You can see why the demented group would want to dismiss it!! There was NO merger in the eyes of the law, and it doesn't matter what a CPA puts down on a return or what some demented dentist tells shareholders--in fact, it should all be amended and refiled with the IRS!!!
If it was not legally done, then everything stays as is, and DFI would stay separate and maintain it's assets since it did NOT legally merge with DFMI, and DFMI WOULD RETAIN IT'S ASSETS, WHICH WERE NOTHING---A SHAM COMPANY FROM THE GETGO.....so sorry Frac, THE DEVIL IS IN THE DETAIL BUDDY BOY.

All this other stuff on the demented website is irrelevant to the fact that legally----NOTHING CHANGED.
SORRY MR. FRAC...OF COURSE YOU WANT THE MISSING MERGER DOCS TO BE IRRELEVANT, BUT THEY ARE NOT, AND DEMENTED WILL LOOSE THE CASE BASED ON THAT ALONE-----NO LEGAL MERGER.
