Good question. Since the calendar for Endexx is not lined up with the standard calendar, the 10-K dropped on December 31st, 2014 for the year, which technically ended September 30th, 2014.

Therefore, we are waiting on a 10-Q for the second quarter of the fiscal year, which ended March 31st. Since a company of this market cap gets 45 days to file a 10-Q after the period ends, we can expect it to drop by May 15th.
