I think the added transparency from filing the Form 10 will perk up the ears of fund managers and other institutions. It will provide them with reliable, complete information for them to seriously assess whether they like where the company is headed and give them enough confidence to take a position here.

Undoubtedly, there is plenty of uninvested, eager money just foaming at the mouth as it dreams of making an early entry into the nascent but rapidly growing and changing MJ market.

I imagine they are essentially imagining the type of business elements that Endexx had to offer.
