It's obvious that TMMI doesn't want this to get to trial. Trying to draft another complaint? Geeze! I don't know how a lot here think this is good news. It's now blatantly obvious that TMMI wants to win this through attrition, not by facts.

What us shareholders fail to realize is that if Dimension has the arsenal to hold on and get to trial, this might go their way, or our way. In the interim, the lawyers' bills are ever increasing.....as are future private placements and dilution.

Come on already, take it to trial and quit wasting shareholder's money.
