I don't believe NNVC ever said one cide is equally effective as the others. They do claim to have a plug-n-play platform where they can quickly whip up a cure for a new viral disease by plugging the appropriate ligand into a micelle. The Ebolacide2 program was intended to demonstrate this, but what it wound up demonstrating is that this isn't so. Some viruses are just ornery.
