We don't know the terms of the agreement, it could be that MMG passed the shell on to some new owners while retaining a big chunk of the stock. Who's the buyer? See, we have some vague information here and that's my concern. Now that we have narrowed down to the very heart of the issue I might have one question for you:


What would you do if you had a 71M share stake in the startup company poised for an explosive growth? You would probably hold on to it for some time and capitalize on it all the way up. Or down. With MMG it could be both ways. Enjoy the ride and take the profit.
