No one disputes that he should be paid. The problem is multi-faceted, he is getting paid like a successful ceo, which he surely isn't. he is also getting paid in spite of everyone else, and instead of everyone else. This is a cash grab by the genius, if anyone else makes any money it is incidental to the genius's intent.
