How is CEO Scott Gallagher's-salary-being-funded?

Business as usual May 1 with no R/S or bankruptcy. Aquisitions will go through and we are stuck at .0001. SG will continue dilution. JMHO

I wonder why CEO Scott Gallagher chose to take a salary given the state of his company?

Was this a selfish move?
