2012,2013,2014,2015-10K/Q..now it's May? WOW

Good post Carini. I know SG has been late on just about everything. He is jugging too many things at one time. Some people do not multitask as well as others. If the company's revenue was much better, it would take a lot of pressure off of SG. I know, because I have been there and done it. I do not think that SG set out to scam anybody. He has made some poor decisions and is now in a deep hole. I think the month of May will be the pivotal month in this calendar year. JMHO

So what happened to the prior years?

I thought in 2012 it was going to be 2013?

In 2013 it was going to be 2014?

In 2014 it was supposed to be the much anticipated 1st Quarter Numbers?

So now it's May 1st in the year of 2015?

Perhaps the Market has a difficult time juggling all of CEO Scott Gallagher's shares and that is th reason for the ZERO Bid?
