2 cents before the China deal gets going and money is confirmed flowing.
12 cents after it gets going and proves itself as a profitable company.
25 cents when it shows growth potential in Korea, Mexico, Dubai, etc.
All or none of which could happen this year or ever.
But of course, we've been saying this for years.

The reason a PR does not move the stock is easy. Savi has either PR'ed or leaked out so many deals that never matriculated, that nobody is going to believe it until they see it.

I know I have bought into some of the past 'immanent' deals that Serge has talked about. And nada....
