99% of OTC stocks are pure trash. When was the last time a company who raised their AS to 10B had a run anytime soon? This will drop to 1s in no time. Their OS will be at 1B in soon and they'll dilute throughout the year. What is the purpose of raising AS that high unless you're trying to create liquidity to pay off convertibles? Tradeable? Sure if you know what you're doing and want to take a huge risk and get boxed in by MMs buying now. I've seen stocks that raised AS much less get crushed too. Never a good sign for longs and note holders. Don't hold the bag.
