Yep, seems to be the case on both fronts. I know I'm in "wait and see" mode. On the other hand, anyone who thinks this will eventually pop back above $1 will be a buyer at these prices. Geeze, I just might have to pick up some more CPST and go overweight...had to pass up a potential 50-100% gain...LOL. No use keeping money in the bank at current interest rates!
