kezzek, with those convertibles...

The only "Risk Factor" that I see existing here with PNTV are those convertible debentures. I'm taking the risk that those convertibles are going to get taken care of in a positive manner for us PNTV shareholders.

As of right now, it's trading like a plan is in place to not allow the convertibles to kill it. The potential here is huge and I'm guessing all sides involved understands this. I like the risk versus rewards here a lot with PNTV.
