When does the street factor in the profit from last qtr?

If we just maintain profits even with negative rates you can't discount this 7 bucks to book.

I see 3 things holding this down

1 shareholder meeting with breakup option. Some think it's beneficial to keep pps low in order to strengthen the cause.

2 ambac since ambac filed suite against Bac dec 31 2014 the pps has fallen from 18.21 to low 15's even with a good qtr they kept us low.

3 democrats keeping the rates low until O exits

I see no other reason for 7 $ discount to book

Anyone else have a theory ?
