Ah yes, the principal with no PRINCIPLES.

If people wonder about my statement, I would refer them to all the lawsuits he has had against him but really the lawsuits he has filed and lost. He has lost them for one of two reasons...the claims were bogus or he withdrew the case because he knew he would be on the losing in and wanted out before things got ugly for him.

The lawsuit where he tried to sue the guy that wrote the article about him was an excellent example of Michaels putting his head between his tail and running away.

The lawsuit where he tried to get an RO against his ex-girlfriends dad - he lost but the dad won the RO against Michaels. How funny is that.

Another lawsuit that shows the PRINCIPLES he lacks.. he and his ex-wife were in a long divorce (or so it looks from the case log). He owed her child support in the hundred of thousands range (if I remember correctly).. he promised to pay her (think he needed his passport)... he paid her part of it, got his passport released, then didn't pay her. NOW THAT is a swell guy. Make a promise and doesn't keep it...to his children! He does know that money was to help his children live, right? Nice guy.

And the lawsuit with the promissory note that Michaels signed. This lawsuit was filed by the guy. Michaels got $20K from a guy, he gave him some stock but still owed the money... didn't pay.. the guy filed a lawsuit..he was getting ready to get a default judgment...HOWEVER...it looks like Michaels must have whispered sweet nothings in his ear because last I looked the guy was going to withdraw it... It was back during the run last year. Bet Michaels told him if he took the default off he would give him more stock and the guy would be rich rich rich.. or some variation to that.

Wish I knew the guy, I would call to find out how that worked out for him...

Yep the Principal with ZERO Principles.. or so it appears from lawsuits but how would I really know.....that was all so long ago... I am sure he has changed... sure he has.

Hey Eddie, if Michaels tries to be nice to you or offers you some great deal or tells you how great things are "gonna be"...... RUNNNNNN!!!!!
