XTRN IMO they will probably take effect immediately...the name change is no big deal the increase in shares is a concern, no only for shareholders, but note holders....if the company plans on funding debt with the shares they will have to convince the note holder that they have a better than average chance to sell the stock if they take them as payment....considering that the company does not have a creditable history...I know if I were a note holder I would decline the shares.....now of course the company could pump the company up to demonstrate that there is sufficient interest and if that happens I for one will take my profits as soon as I can and then drop the shares like a hot potato before the PPS goes to $HT and is worthless....IFO would be very careful and not get caught holding.....GO!!! XTRN!!!
