Vortex Patent Pending Was Submitted in 2014...

According to the GNGR Time Line.

But in a letter several months ago, the CEO stated that the Vortex was "on hold" so that GNGR could focus on the fudge product line. It also stated that the Vortex needed UL approval. So, we can assume that if there are design changes required after UL review, any patents pending would need to be changed.

The current letter posted on April 21 by the CEO at www.gunthergrant.com clearly states the current marketing plan that will focus on national sales of the fudge product. Since there is no mention of the Vortex, it still must be "on hold"
