Most of us knew they had the votes , this 8k just puts the nail in the coffin for the common shareholders, the only and slim hope that we have now is that the company starts a huge P AND D campaign and we can get out on the "P" !!! The proxy already committed over 6 billion shares to pay off CDs can you imagine what that means to the pps !!!! 0.0001 ask and no bid within a month or two if even that long!!!!

CEO needs to put out a pr with a vision, and not a stupid Facebook update.
