I am in the same position as you . Have emailed them (at same address link) 4 X over the last month . Have had no response
to ?s about settlement -now way beyond 45 day time line they stated ,and ?s about no quarterly filing for last 2 quarters.
They do not seem to care about any of the shareholders' interests
and arrogantly suggest that they have the right to remove emails
they feel are negative -stated on facebook page. Hard to have
any inkling of trust in a company that states they believe in
transparency and practices the exact opposite. They have no regard for the mouth that feeds them ,while sucking out high
salaries that their sales don't warrant or support.
