If you read through the 10K, there was ~$400,000.00 in sales, $150,000.00 was consulting, the rest was for pre-existing service fees, and sales to foreign countries. There was only $29.00 in sales for advertising, the only revenue stream for both vir2no and studentdisconnect. It does not appear from the sworn and attested testimony that studentdisconnect is up and running in any venue.The good news is that the genius was able to pay himself a couple of grand more than the total sales of the company.
