I'm sorry to see the big drop for shareholders here from 0.17s in Jan. to today's lows.... I've had this one on a watchlist ever since i missed it in 0.13s and it ran away from me in the Fall-Winter.

I was looking more closely at their 2014 earnings news and taking into consideration the Border Patrol project delay and the big X-factor concerning the settlement amount....

I can see why certain shareholders and the market would be less than enthused seeing lower cash (though higher overall assets) and lower net income for 2014 compared to 2013--though, as VP Skidmore said (and the import is ultimately bullish): "Income from operations for the year declined compared to 2013 primarily as a result of expenditures related to increased investment in personnel, product development, and sales efforts for domestic and international projects."

So does anyone think, despite the unknown settlement amount and delays in revenues from Border Patrol project, this company can significantly increase net income and get EPS to around $0.03 this year (up from 0.01 in 2014)?
