Sometimes that happens...but if you have done your due diligence and understand the underlying risks associated with start-ups in the OTC world you should be fairly safe. Even then veteran traders in the OTC markets have all experienced this at least once and spend more time doing their due diligence prior to investing capital long term into one of these ventures.
