4-20-2015 Intel/Newshound Guru tman23 Those who may recall my explanation of the function of the ESF (exchange stabilization fund) inside the UST...they are the architects that make economies work regarding exchange rates...Jack Lew commenting on exchange rates and warning countries of manipulating their currencies... Point being...Iraq meets IMF in Jordan... 2 weeks later Iraq meets IMF in Kuwait with the appearance of Shabibi... Week later Iraq meets with IMF in Washington and meetings take place with the UST... Present in Photo... Abadi/Zebari/Alak (equivalent to our Obama/Lew /Yellen) ...This was not about 5 billion in BONDS as a loan...And certainly not about F16 airplanes!! (and making payments)... And you don't sit at the table in these meetings unless you have a HCL that companies can work under AND a HCL that gives you the right to claim all oil belongs to Iraq thus giving you the right to make a deal using it as collateral.
