Not a requirement but based on the events in the past and the shady nature of our 'business partners' it would be a smart move to disclose.

This is just indicative of another hush hush event where the company loses but it's 'not our fault'.

Don't argue with idiots. They just drag you down to their level and beat you with home court advantage.
