We will see if the SEC presses for a trial on the remaining items from the judgment.
The 30 day clock ends around May 5th for them to either get a trial set or drop their case.
Perhaps, if it is the latter, something positive could happen.
If not, then it will continue the death spiral Ron has got it into.
No one wants to touch this POS with a pending SEC case hovering over it.
Me included.
