It all depends if the placer is running at capacity. If it is it will be a slow go but should follow the time line posted on Mexus website. I am not going to count on any JV because PT is now 0-3 possibly 0-4 on making deals.
My first purchase was back in 2010. We were promised quicker startup than most mines. Looks like we will be 2017 and 7 years like most. Just show me some money
