You do have to file paperwork to do an RS,you think you need to tell shareholders your doing so?? You think Eddie gave everyone over on SUTI a couple of weeks notice?? Hardly,a PR was posted at close one day and the RS happens after the markets close.

SUTI must have closed at 0.0015 because that stock was 1.5 cents at opening and was at 0.0020 4-5 hours later. 80% of your money GONE in the blink of an eye. Look at it now---98% gone now.
