All good points. I think many on this board fail to understand that for Sunergy to stay current and fully reporting it costs big bucks and we know until now they had no cash flow from operations so where else could it come from? Therefore, Mgmt's only option was to sell private placements to fund operations (not line their pockets as a few on this board have claimed). Although they are a year late, at least now we are finally turning that cash-flow corner. I have decided to give them this year, 2015, to prove themselves. They must have success this year to keep this venture viable and imo they will have it. I am not looking at the amount of cash flow reported on the last K; to me that was not the point. The point was that they demonstrated some amount of credibility in that it confirmed the PR put out at the end of 2014. Looking backwards at all the mishaps this Company has had is fruitless imo as it is already factored into share price. Looking forward, if people see opportunity here its a buy. Those that do not should sell and those that have no position but continue to post...well I have no idea what the purpose of that is! In any event good luck to you and all others on this board!
