Has Board Admin bias gone too far?

A vote for YES as the many board administrations bias has gone too far. These boards are becomming a bashers paradise and administration is supporting it.

RB member MMMary (Stockaholic) was suspended for a week in February for posting members ISP information. RB repeated the violation rules as being 1)warning 2)suspension 3)user name removed and all posts deleted. 2 weeks ago, she was suspended again for further violations. What happened to step 3 of the violation program? Did RB violate its own rules in support of a basher?
