Exposure to whom? You reach a broader audience by PAYING to get in front of them. It takes money to advertise beyond your organic reach (existing shareholders and promoters). How are they going to do that with no money? All these scams run broke on purpose to avoid taxes, by overpaying insiders and worthless consultants and execs.

So their only resort will be to use shares in exchange for "airing" the comnercial on some cheesy stock promotion network.

That's tired. This thing has already been touted into the dirt repeatedly. Sorry, it is what it is.
