Why would a person pay $159K for a shell with a terrible past that left it's investors in the dark, and not buy a clean shell from merger network for $25k-$40K ?
Because $159K was never paid for such shell, and probably other agreements were made in exchange for shares in either company for Alain French to benefit once again.
Then again if Frank Yglesias had $159 K to throw on a bum shell, then that would be enough to make his business strive without the need to go public.
I can buy a $20,000 container from China full of custom jewelry and turn it into $240,000, or i can buy 26 cars, 18 passenger vans at public auction and charge people $30 a seat from New York to Boston, Rhode Island or Connecticut, i would make $1080 round trip on each bus, i could also buy a 15-20 family building in The Bronx by putting that down payment in cash and mortgage the rest and see an income of a least $20,000 a month renting for Section 8 approved tenants, i could just buy a piece of land in Pennsylvania, like 28,000 acres for $58,000 an get bee hives and make $30,000 a month just selling honey and honey derived products, like soap, face masks or lotion, propolis for medicine, wax for candles and pollen tablets.
But that is not what Frank is looking for, people like him do not have one ounce of business DNA in their bone, they only have malice intent and it's much easier to steal hard earned money.
So, having that his a known scammer with a terrible past, tells me he is not here for anyone's benefit but his own.
Also, even though i have been trading the stock market since 2000, it took me a long time to find this site, how in the world you and Smoking Joe showed up out of the blue pumping this company on this board as soon as the 8K hit the wire is also very suspicious.
C4urself the 1st Ammendment.
Don't assume that i don't know, and i wont assume, that you have no idea.
