Rufus wanted everyone to know that his supper tonight at the Oklahoma City FTC was:

"chicken" lo mein over spaghetti noodles
green peas (and parts of the "chicken" were also green)
wheat bread - known to outsiders as outdated WonderBread
margarine (also known as trans fat patties)
grape kool-aid (called "tropical punch" on the official BOP menu)

And Rufus wanted all to know:

"Only 16 more short years to go!"
