On the pics, existing equipment is looking good. Mind the site is in the mountain(forests) and only to be there that is emough proof the equilment is in good condition I think. They are speaking for the efficiency. Are you sure they have published The permission docs and The test or samples certificate from the independent specialist? Do you see them?
So from the begining was The Spring, now they are talking for The Summer. May be is better then to be later Autumn or early Winter. I'm not sure what to think for such people. The top of the ice cream was The R/S before months when the people lost bigger part of the investing.
